"You would have got 5 stars overall except that because my house is slightly difficult to find I gave you the what3words location. It appears that your drivers do not use this useful app which in conjunction with Google maps, Waze and other route finders would have found my house to within 3 meters or 10 feet or any other place on earth for that mattter. It is high time that taxis started using this app. Although on this occasion the driver found the house by using his common sense. I do get annoyed when having given my 3 words, the driver then has to be instructed over a mobile phone, turning by turning, how to get here. It is all unnecessary when using what3words."
