"It hardly seems just a week since Alex picked us up at King's Cross destined for a major op at St. George's Hospital in Tooting. I'm pleased to report I'm back at home and recovering well. As for the journey, Alex was a superb driver, negotiating sleeping policemen, so many one-ways that to get anywhere meant driving three sides of a square and uncountable 20mph zones (is this a plot to shut London down or what?) All executed by Alex with consummate skill and a cheerful smile. Brilliant support and just what I needed at a difficult time. Very impressed and thanked personally. "
