"I was not aware of the procedure with Meet and greet. The driver was not in the treminal and had not realised he had left a phone message whie my phone was on Flight Mode. We eventualy met in th waiting area after about 10 minutes.
The driver and the service in general was excellent.
I gave the driver a tip in csh at the end of the journey"
