"My driver was only a few minutes late and he texted me to let me know. It was a central London pick up so it was very understandable that he was not exactly on time. I thought the text to let me know was very thoughtful.
He was friendly and chatted a while but then he let me sleep as I was postoperative. It was a pleasant and trouble free journey. I already gave a tip when I paid the congestion charge"
